Question 1

Is there a free version of Neegma?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes access to all games for up to 10 players per session, with up to 5 sessions per month. It's great for trying out the platform or small family game nights.

Question 2

How do party passes work?

Accepted Answer

Instead of a monthly subscription, a party pass is a one-time payment starting at $10.99 that gives you full, unlimited access for 24 hours: unlimited games and sessions for up to 50 players. Need more capacity? Pick Party Plus (100 players), Party Grand (150) or Party Max (200). Pay once, play all day. Perfect for birthdays, parties, or any one-off event.

Question 3

Can I host more than 50 players with a party pass?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You choose your guest capacity when you buy, and every pass includes the same 24 hours of unlimited play: Party Pass takes 50 guests for $10.99, Party Plus 100 for $14.99, Party Grand 150 for $18.99, and Party Max 200 for $22.99. For groups larger than 200, our Enterprise plan offers unlimited scaling with dedicated capacity.

Question 4

What is the Pro plan?

Accepted Answer

Pro is a recurring subscription at $25.99/month for hosts who run sessions regularly. Instead of buying a pass for each event, you get always-on access with up to 100 players, unlimited games and sessions, analytics, and priority support, billed automatically every month. It sits between the one-time party passes and Enterprise, and you can cancel anytime from Dashboard > Billing & Plans.

Question 5

Are there any time limits on game sessions?

Accepted Answer

On the Free plan, sessions are capped at 90 minutes. Party passes, Pro and Enterprise have no time limit. Your session lasts as long as you want.

Question 6

What are templates, and how many do I get?

Accepted Answer

A template is a session you've already put together: the games, the running order, the round counts, and the timers, saved so you can start the same night again in one tap. Free gives you 5, a party pass 10, Pro 25, and Enterprise is unlimited. Browse ready-made ones on our Templates page.

Question 7

Can I sell templates I create on Neegma?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're an approved partner. Partners can list templates for sale and get a higher catalogue allowance (100 custom games, 100 templates) on any plan. Learn more and apply on our Partners page.

Question 8

How do AI question credits work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes AI question generation in the Playground. One credit generates one custom question set (up to 25 questions, or 10 for Trivia and Odd One Out, where every answer has to be factually right), and you can edit or regenerate the results. The Free plan includes 5 credits per month, each party pass includes 10 credits, and Pro includes 50 credits per month using our strongest model. The option to buy additional credits is coming soon.

Question 9

Can I get a refund for my party pass?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you request a refund before your 24-hour access window begins, we'll process it in full. Contact our support team at hello@tryneegma.com with your transaction details.

Question 10

Can I get a refund on my Pro subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you request a refund within 24 hours of activating Pro, we'll process it in full. Contact our support team at hello@tryneegma.com with your account details. Prefer to cancel instead? Head to Dashboard > Billing & Plans and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again.

Question 11

Can I use my own branding and logo?

Accepted Answer

White-label branding, with your own logo, colours, and custom domain, is coming soon on the Enterprise plan. It's built for organisations that want a fully branded experience. Talk to us if branding matters for your event.

Question 12

Do you offer analytics or reporting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Session analytics are available on every plan. Track engagement, scores, and participation so you can see how each session went and what landed best.

Question 13

What kind of support do you provide?

Accepted Answer

All plans include email support at hello@tryneegma.com. Pro adds priority support, and Enterprise customers also receive dedicated onboarding to keep large-scale events running smoothly.

Question 14

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect your data. We only collect what's needed to run the platform: account info, session data, and basic usage analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
